That window is the whole job. Beds stripped and remade, sand out of the shower tracks, lanai rinsed of salt, fridge emptied, and the broken lamp photographed and reported before the next family walks in and finds it.
Get on the schedule (772) 555-0188Order matters more than effort. This is the sequence our crews run on a five-hour window, and it is why we finish on time on a Saturday with four properties stacked.
Linens come off before anything else and the machine is running within four minutes of walking in. If the unit has one washer instead of two, this is the difference between finishing at 3pm and finishing at 5pm — the laundry is the only task with a fixed clock we cannot speed up.
Fridge emptied and wiped, dishwasher run and put away, coffee maker cleaned, crumbs out of the toaster tray. Guests judge a rental on the kitchen before anything else.
Showers, glass, fixtures — and the shower track, which on a barrier island is where a cup of sand lives. Floors are done after, never before.
We carry our own linen, so the beds get made from stock rather than waiting on the dryer.
Salt spray rinsed off outdoor furniture, consumables restocked, then a photo walkthrough. Any damage goes to the owner with timestamps before check-in.
We stock and rotate sheets and towels so a turnover is never waiting on a wash cycle inside the unit. Owners stop replacing mismatched sets every season.
Timestamped photos into the owner's channel before the next check-in. That report is what settles a security deposit dispute — after the next guest arrives, it is worth nothing.
Coffee, paper, soap, dishwasher pods, trash liners. The items that generate a 9pm text message from a guest.
Recurring residential cleaning across Martin and St. Lucie counties, plus the seasonal service that snowbird properties need.
Weekly or biweekly, same crew each visit so nobody has to re-explain the house.
First-time or post-season. Baseboards, inside cabinets, appliance interiors, ceiling fans, tracks and vents.
Dust covers off, A/C checked and started, refrigerator running, shutters raised, first clean done before you land.
Reverse of the above, plus fridge emptied and propped, water shut at the main, and a written condition report.
Per turnover, crew of two. Properties with more than three bathrooms or a private pool deck are quoted after a first walkthrough.

Oh So Fresh Cleaning LLC has been cleaning Treasure Coast properties since 2021, out of 2342 NE Tropical Way in Jensen Beach. We work Jensen Beach, Stuart, Hutchinson Island, Palm City, Port St. Lucie and Sewall's Point — the area our vans can cover between an 11am checkout and a 4pm check-in, which is the honest limit of a turnover business.
Six units on Hutchinson Island. They have never missed a 4pm and the damage photos have won me two deposit disputes that I would have eaten before.
— Karen W., property manager, StuartThe linen thing sounds small until you realise your cleaner is not standing around waiting for a dryer. Our turn times dropped by an hour when we switched.
— Doug F., Hutchinson IslandWe are up north May to November. They open the house before we land — A/C on, fridge cold, shutters up. Walking into a house that smells clean after a flight is worth every dollar.
— Marie L., Sewall's PointTurnover work books by the calendar, so the sooner we have your check-in and check-out times the better we can route the van.
